Join us at Regions Field on March 28, 2020 for the 12th Annual Rumpshaker 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run. Since 2009, the Rumpshaker 5K has raised over a million dollars to promote awareness about colorectal cancer, grant funds to fight and treat it, and provide hope for colorectal cancer survivors and those fighting the disease. This event is a fun, family friendly experience for all ages. Explore our website for more information and we hope to see you on race day!
