Pinhoti Trail Hike >> Porters Gap to Clairmont Gap // 9 miles
March 7, 2020 @ 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
We will meet at the Pilot Travel Center in Lincoln just off I-20 , Exit 168 (Hwy 77) at 8:30 am and will leave there at 8:45 SHARP!!!
We will be going to the Clairmont Gap Trailhead first to leave enough vehicles for our return shuttle back to Porters Gap Trailhead after the hike.
We will begin the hike at the Porters Gap Trailhead on Hwy 77 and will hike 9 miles North to our destination at Clairmont Gap Trailhead.
This is part of section 5 of the Pinhoti trail, This will be a moderate /difficult hike because of distance.
bring extra water, trail snack and camera.
There will be an optional dinner/libations afterwards (TBD)
