Leading Change: Black Mayors Speak

About this Event

BCRI will culminate its free virtual conversation series sponsored by BBVA with, Leading Change: Black Mayors Speak, on Thursday, November 12th at 12:00 p.m. CST and feature Black mayors from major metropolitan cities on a panel moderated by Bishop T.D. Jakes. The conversation will be broadcast live on BCRI’s Facebook and You Tube platforms and focus on the post-election state of Black America.

Living legends, Mayor Randall L. Woodfin (Birmingham, AL), Mayor A. Chokwe Lumumba (Jackson, MS), Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms (Atlanta, GA), and Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. (Little Rock, AR) will serve as panelists in the exchange that will address their top priorities for protecting the rights of minority residents, improving public safety, protecting the lives of the homeless, and curbing the spread of the coronavirus among other economic and environmental matters.
