HOME ON THE RISE

The Birmingham Association of REALTORS® Leadership Class of 2022 is proud to host a fundraising event, “Home on the Rise” to raise funds towards the purchase of a home for Community on the Rise.
COTR is a non-profit located downtown Birmingham that exists to fight poverty and homelessness with innovation. Through various programs, including recycling #5 plastics into beautiful art, jewelry and more. COTR restores identity to many of our communities homeless and equips them with new ID’s and other necessary documents so that they can find sustainable employment and housing.
The BAR Leader Class of 2022 visited COTR and fell in love with the work they are doing in Birmingham, especially restoring housing to many. The Class of 2022 has chosen to sponsor COTR by raising funds to help them purchase their next home as they continue their wonderful work in Birmingham.
