Firehouse Block Party

ON SUNDAY, APRIL 30TH, THE FIREHOUSE IS THROWING A BLOCK PARTY WITH JACKALS, RUFFINO, SHAHEED & DJ SUPREME!
Firehouse students will ROCK the block, performing everything from the Trammps to the Cramps and even some original songs. Local Go-Go legend David “Super Dave” Johnson will kick things off with a participatory drum clinic. Jackals, Ruffino, and Shaheed and DJ Supreme will round out the bill!

Food and treats by Fat Charles BBQ, Not Ya Average Leaf, and Simply Sonequa. Drinks from Buffalo Rock and adult drinks by Cahaba and Grassroots.

The Firehouse Block Party is a family-friendly event. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Firehouse Community Arts Center.

DIY Birmigham presents a Punk After-Party with Sugarplums, lame!, and Ceratoid. Doors at 8p. $10 without at a wristband. All proceeds benefit the Firehouse CAC’s scholarship program.
