Epic Read-A-Thon

Join Desert Island Supply Co on Friday, April 19 midnight to midnight as readers from around the world participate in the 11th annual Epic Read-A-Thon — a 24-hour, nonstop, out-loud virtual reading.
This year’s theme? Classic picture books.
All proceeds from the Read-A-Thon will directly support the All City Writers Corps, a collective of more than 700 students in Birmingham City Schools who participate in weekly writing workshops. With your support, DISCO can continue to work alongside these young writers as they read, write, and publish their work in our annual anthologies, broadsides, and chapbooks.
