Clear Creek Brandy Tasting

Sample two traditional brandies made in Hood River, Oregon. One is made from the fresh-picked buds of a Douglas Fir tree and tastes like Christmas in a bottle!
The other is made using Pacific Northwestern raspberries fermented in wine prior to pot distillation. Clear Creek is one of just a few remaining distilleries in the world still using this technique!
