We are pleased to announce that Anne Perry Uhlman will serve as our Show Judge for the 59th Bluff Park Art Show at the Hoover Met Complex on October 1. Anne is the Director of Upward Bound Math and Science at Bevill State Community College and Director/Curator of the Fayette Art Museum. “After spending a lifetime in education, I have found that Art is vital for all walks of life. I am excited & honored to be a part of the historical Bluff Park Art Show & to help encourage and continue support of art in Alabama,” Uhlman says.

Scholarship
Each year, the Bluff Park Art Association presents a $2,500 scholarship to a graduating Spain Park or Hoover high school student who intends to pursue a career in the visual arts. Applicants compete through portfolio presentations.
In addition to the scholarship, BPAA awards the recipient’s teacher $250 for classroom supplies. Learn more about 2021’s recipients.
