What are my parking options at The Club?
Complimentary valet parking and self park options available at two entrances – up the hill by the main Ballroom entrance and at the lower entrance by the Staterooms/The View.
Where shall I register?
The event registration is by The Ballroom/The Gold Room near the main entrance. If you park in the lower level, please use escalator/elevator to go up one level.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. A printed ticket is not required. Your name will be on our list.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. You may log in to your account and update information until March 14. After March 14, please contact our office at 205-321-6100.
Is my registration ticket transferrable?
Yes. Please log in to your account and edit attendee’s information, call our office 205-321-6100 or let the registration attendant know at the event.

What is a corporate table ticket and how do I submit names of my attendees?
A Corporate table ticket/purchase is for a group of 10 attendees who will be seated together. The total cost is $550. Please note: the registration system will require 10 individual names/information to be input at time of purchase. If you do not have a confirmed list of attendees at time of purchase, please enter the names of those you have confirmed. For the attendees you HAVE NOT confirmed, please enter TBD in all fields EXCEPT for email (use email@example.com for TBD email). Questions?
