It’s not like we needed an excuse to visit Lane Parke in Mountain Brook already, but their upcoming new tenants are the icing on the cake. Let’s take a look at the new stores and restaurants coming to the neighborhood soon, including some familiar spots you’re probably already obsessed with.

In with the new

Lane Parke sits in the heart of Mountain Brook and features an array of retailers that makes it virtually impossible not to shop ’til you drop. From local, high-end boutiques, restaurants and other amenities, there’s a reason why it’s become a staple development in the Birmingham area.

The progress at Lane Parke is split into two phases—Phase I and Phase II. Phase I is already in action and we can expect the second to come within the next year. Let’s take a look at what we have to look forward to, shall we?

This September, take a bite into a new concept in Birmingham that’s committed to using the freshest, highest quality ingredients. ChopNFresh Salads proves that healthy doesn’t have to be boring.

The Huntsville-based restaurant will offer a new casual dining experience to the Lane Parke lineup with greens, grains and in-house dressing selections made from scratch on their menu.

X4 Fitness (Now Open)

This Summer has been dubbed “Hot Girl (and boy!) Summer”, so it’s the perfect time to invest in feeling your best. X4 Fitness is one of Lane Parke’s most recent openings and I’ve already seen their classes being shared all over social media.

X4 uses high-intensity interval training methodology designed to meet anyone wherever they may be on their fitness journey. The studio allows for spacing between stations to provide a group fitness class. The encouragement from founder, Chris Wade, and other coaches will bring out your full potential that’ll get the whole crew in shape.

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream made its way into our hearts (and stomachs) when they first opened in Pepper Place. Now the artisan ice cream maker is ready to bring its second Alabama location to Lane Parke in Phase II of development.

Jeni’s was founded by James Beard Award-winning ice cream maker Jeni Britton Bauer and it has quickly become a good to spot to satisfy that sweet tooth with over 50 shops nationwide. Having one shop in The Magic City was great, but TWO is like the warm waffle cone on top of your favorite scoop.

Ignite Cycle

Time to light it up in the bike room. As an avid rider myself, I was stoked to hear that Ignite Cycle was opening a second studio in Lane Parke. Owner, Tiffany Martin, and team will bring the same supportive and fun atmosphere from the Pepper Place studio to Mountain Brook.

Ignite Cycle is known for their high-energy cycling classes to your favorite jams from Whitney Houston, Drake, Bad Bunny and everything in between. One 45-minute class will have you sweating, but between the music and great vibes, you’ll have a ball.

BaseCoat on Fifth

It’s not like we needed an excuse to treat ourselves, but a new high-end nail salon is the incentive we were looking for all along. You may be familiar with their location on UAB campus, but after becoming a go-to spot for manicures, pedicures and waxing, they saw the opportunity to expand.

Between the inviting environment, helpful staff and endless nail art possibilities, Lane Parke is going to be the perfect space for the second BaseCoat location.

Starbucks

Everyone loves to see that iconic mermaid logo. The household name, Starbucks, is bringing a new location to Lane Parke. The best part? There’ll be a drive thru!

Need a shot of espresso to get the day started? Or maybe you’re craving something sweet after work. Either way, you can find your Starbucks favorites soon at the new addition to the area.

Plan your next visit to Lane Parke…
