Since they officially opened on May 1, The Lindsey Building has been a popular option for professionals working in Birmingham. In fact, the office spaces filled up in about two-and-a-half months. Due to the high demand, Hancock Construction decided to remodel one of the leasable office spaces to host additional private offices.

The space offers a ton of perks: it’s just a short distance away from Grandview Medical Center, Patchwork Farms, and the best eateries and services on 280. Plus, The Lindsey Building has a true community atmosphere, with community events like wine tastings and friendly ways to relax like a putting green and a bocce ball court.

Inside The Lindsey Building’s coworking space, tenants are able to rent a dedicated private office. Originally, The Lindsey Building included nine offices—but once the remodeling is complete, The Lindsey Building will boast 22 dedicated offices available to tenants.

Each office comes furnished with a desk and chair, and plenty of wall space that you can decorate to make your own. Plus, the floor-to-ceiling glass entryways and upgraded acoustics make it easy to retain privacy while staying connected to the community.

Dedicated offices start at just $600 a month.

Micro-Offices

In addition to the private offices, The Lindsey Building is remodeling the coworking space to fit their new Micro-Office concept. These Micro-Offices are a bit smaller than the private offices, but lend to a more private working environment.

Once the remodeling is complete, the space will include Micro-Offices as well as four coworking desks—perfect for those who love to collaborate with other working professionals.

Micro-offices start at just $450 a month.
