LEGO is for Kids of All Ages

I first learned about LEGO fan expos when I was a kid—the ultimate place for a LEGO enthusiast like myself.

Unfortunately, there were no LEGO conventions in my hometown during my childhood. Also, the law does not allow a child to drive 3 hours to the nearest BrickFair, no matter how much he loves LEGO.

You can imagine my excitement when I found out that Birmingham has a world-class LEGO convention every year (plus a yearly LEGO day at McWane Science Center.)

P.S. Hey Mom. Just because I don’t play with my LEGO collection anymore, doesn’t mean you can throw it away!

What is BrickFair?

Put simply, BrickFair is the best place to be a LEGO fan.

It’s a chance to discover incredible LEGO creations from some of the most gifted builders in the country. But most importantly, BrickFair is a place where LEGO fans of all ages can learn and be inspired by each other.

Whether you’re a KFOL (Kid Fan of LEGO), TFOL (Teenage Fan of LEGO), AFOL (Adult Fan of LEGO) or even someone who never played with LEGO, there is something for everyone at this spectacular event.
