Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum named “Best Alabama Attraction” by USA Today readers
On Friday, Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum was declared the top vote-getter in the “Best Alabama Attraction” USA TODAY 10 Best Readers’ Choice travel award contest.
Joining Barber in the top ten list from the Birmingham region were Vulcan Park and Museum and the Robert Trent Jones Trail.
Barber Motorsports Museum earned the first place ranking after four weeks of digital voting by the public. A panel of Alabama-based travel writers and photographers nominated 20 different attractions. That list was pared down to a final top ten list.
According to results published by USA TODAY 10 Best, the top 10 favorite Alabama attractions rank as follows:

The Barber Motorsport Museum is truly one of kind. A visually stunning museum, at any one given time between 750 to 800 motorcycles are on display out of about 1600 in the collection. The museum also has the largest collection of Lotus race cars in the world.
