Big week of music in the Magic City, with two sold out Iron City shows: Kane Brown is presented by 102.5 The Bull on Sunday evening and Chevelle with 10 Years and AEges is Monday evening, but you’re going to need to look to a secondary market if you want to get in to either of them.

Thursday: Chad Fisher Swing Band [pictured above]. Birmingham’s hardest working brass musician and St. Paul & the Broken Bones trombonist Chad Fisher will present his swing band for a unique performance.

Thursday: The Weeks with Locust Fork. Sam Williams has deep roots in Birmingham, though he has spent most of his adult life in Mississippi. When he returns home, it’s a treat to see his dad’s band, Locust Fork, reunite to open for the boys. The Weeks are warming up for two nights of recording their first live record after the start of the new year; good chance they pull out some surprises.
