Bend & Stretch
11:00 A.M. at Springville Road Regional Branch Library

This is a gentle exercise program stressing flexibility, strength building, and balance targeted at seniors. It’s free and open to the public, though! Contact Kelly Laney at 205-226-4083 for more information.

Swinging Fore Achievement
11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Ballantrae Golf Club

.Join the 2017 P&W Wealth Management with Merrill Lynch Swinging Fore Achievement Golf Tournament presented by Southwest Water Company. The Historic Tour: Cycliad Adventure
6:30 A.M. at Briarwood Church Park

Join the final weekend Tour of the Cycliad Tour hosted by the Deep South Cander Foundation. Participants will meet in the Briarwood Church Park and will be transported to Selma, Ala. Where the tour will begin. Participants will bike over 250 miles through the weekend ending in right back in here in the Magic City and be transported back to Briarwood Church.  For registration and more information, visit their Facebook.
