Renovations have transformed this apartment complex, in Birmingham, after fire damage
April 6th, Merion Residential, the Cahaba River Society and the Birmingham Business Alliance, celebrated the renovations of the former Riverside Parc Apartments.
Due to recent fire damage, the apartment complex was partly destroyed. These new renovations have brought forth the Trails at Cahaba River Apartment Homes.
Bham Now had the pleasure of receiving information about the renovations from Kelly Hughes of Food Shelter Public Relations.
Located at 801 Cahaba Forest Cove, Birmingham, the $6 million project, although proceeded by unfortunate events, is followed by beautiful additions!
In addition to renovations, Merion Residential has given back to the community with a check to the Cahaba River Society.
“…to assist in maintaining and preserving the river banks.
The property touts newly restored trails along the Little Cahaba River as part an important component of the active lifestyle offerings.”
Renovations Details:
- New Clubhouse Design for “informal group gatherings”
The Clubhouse includes a state-of-the-art fitness center and coffee shop. Oh, and we can’t forget the Foosball table!
- Upgraded swimming pools
Amenities include, “cozy fire pits”, an outdoor kitchen, and “fresh” furnishings.
A “Simply Modern” feel has been applied to the 400 apartment homes, meaning…
- Sleek New Kitchen
- Bathroom Finishes
- Smart Touches with LED lighting
- USB outlets
- Wood Look Plant Flooring
Accordingly, the ribbon cutting truly showed how excited the three organizations, representing the project, were about the renovations.
