Vestavia recently added a new taco place!

Birmingham continues to attract new and creative restaurants to the region. This month’s new culinary delight – Texas Taco Gourmet Grill.

Do we really need more tacos?  Absolutely!

According to the BBJ, Texas Taco opened in early March at 633 Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills.

Co-owners Max Beasley and Denis Gavlik (Exec. Chef) have the shared vision to retire in Alabama, but still have the passion of entrepreneurship.

With Beasley’s 20 years of business experience in Texas, and Gavlik’s 29-year career in food service, primarily as the former exec. chef for Sodexo, these two are the perfect pair to entice your appetite.

“We wanted to make sure we were in the right spot and believe the space we are operating in Vestavia is it.

We will have a family-friendly atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor dining and while we are still working on finalizing our menu we believe the price point for our tacos will be a good value to families looking for fresh food and fun night out.”
