Casey Howard of Harbert Realty Services is the leasing agent representing the new space and gave Bham Now wonderful details of the new space!

While maintaining the historic architecture, the renovated ExecuSuites building is comprised of three floors…

“The finishes/style of the bldg are amazing – the Owner, Jim Rowland, has brought the building back to some of its original finishes and history by exposing the original brick walls, beaded ceilings (14’+), but has also used tons of modern glass walls, shiplap, giant windows and skylights that bring in lots of natural light. ”
