To bring it full circle, the building will also house the head quarters of Sidewalk Film Festival including 2 Independent Movie theaters – seating 100 each.

Parking has and continues to be difficult down town, but Pizitz, being located and attached to the parking deck on 19th St. North, will allow for FREE two hour parking.

If free doesn’t entice you enough, consider how important The Pizitz is for our city.

The rise in demand for more office and residential space is very evident. Pizitz will add to this in a new, fun, and innovative way.

Restaurant space is also in high demand as Birmingham continues to become known as a foodie city.
