Two Giants Sharing Space in BJCC

With more than 26,000 sq. ft. and 130 employees occupying private and open space offices, AirMed International and LifeGuard Ambulance will be able to expand operations and improve its services downtown.

Renovation of the 7th and 8th floors was meant for these two companies. Since Uptown Birmingham took a foot hold in the city, it has been expanding ever since, similar to other areas; Avondale, Lakeview, North side, etc.

The medical industry in Birmingham has beenĀ just as influential as the tech, beer, and food industries. We came from steel and have been evolving our position ever since and this new space proves yet again that our city is all too ready for continuous redevelopment.

AirMed has been in the building since 2014, while Lifeguard previously had operations in Homewood. The companies recently relocated several executive positions to Birmingham.
