Birmingham tops 90 degrees 20 out of first 23 days in September

Have we ever had a hotter September? Will the heatwave break?

Can't wait for Fall!

Can’t wait for fall!

According to AccuWeather, Birmingham has topped 90 degrees or more 20 out of the first 23 days in the month of September 2016.

The weather has been so “hot” even the invincible University of Alabama Football team needed IVs in the locker room at the Ole Miss game in Oxford to combat the oppressive region-wide heat wave.  It doesn’t get any better this weekend with temperatures predicted to hit 94 degrees in Birmingham on Sunday.

Personally, we can’t wait for Fall!
