Warby Parker joins in on Birmingham’s revitalization at The Pizitz
According to a recent press release, Warby Parker is opening its newest location in one of the hottest redevelopments downtown – The Pizitz.
Possibly one of the most influential mixed use projects in Birmingham, The Pizitz is the perfect place for this elegant glasses retailer.
“…we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to do it than in Birmingham, at The Pizitz.
Having once been home to Alabama’s flagship Pizitz department store, we can’t wait to bring retail back to this legendary spot.”
Warby Parker details:
Above all, by providing high quality, good looking, in house designed glasses, they offer a low cost option for a traditionally high cost market.
“Warby Parker started as the passion project of four friends setting out on our own in an industry that we didn’t have much formal experience in…
We’re really proud and excited to be joining a space that supports their work.”
– Neil Blumenthal, CEO
In addition, the store will feature an elegant feel with suspended globe lighting, colorful displays of books, brass detailing galore, and the full glasses collection on walnut shelving.
“Throughout the store, Warby Parker advisors will be at the ready with style and fit advice to help you find the perfect frame.
Customers can check out with our advisors on tablets using a point-of-sale system that we built ourselves called Point of Everything.”
As a result of their excitement with entering the Magic City, Warby is rolling out a limited edition offering…
