Governor Bentley is up a river. Can you guess which one?

As rumors swirl about a possible impeachment, Alabama Governor Robert Bentley continues to deny, deny, deny. According to him, there’s been no affair with his former political adviser, nothing illegal to see here, move along and, no. There will be no resignation, either.

Bentley recently told a local news station that he is only fulfilling God’s will to the people of Alabama. He cast a long line that went something like this:

Rotaract Club of Birmingham to hold annual fundraiser April 1

The Rotaract Club of Birmingham’s annual Foundation Ball fundraiser is set for April 1

The motto of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham is, “Learn, socialize, serve.” And after another year of learning and serving, the organization of young professionals is ready to socialize at its annual Foundation Ball fundraiser. The black-tie gala will take place this Saturday, April 1, beginning at 8 p.m. at the Haven event space, on Sixth Avenue South in Lakeview.
