New York based Usablenet and locally owned Aegis Foundry have teamed up to relocate at 2127 First Ave. North.
Advantageous for both tech companies, and within walking distance of Innovation Depot, First Avenue North is becoming a high demand corridor for creative tech companies.

Located on 2127 First Ave. North, Hallett Johnson’s group (Usablenet Inc.) plans on leasing out the first floor to another firm which focuses on innovation, according to the BBJ.
Johnson told the BBJ he personally moved back to Birmingham and relocated to downtown because of the “revitalization going on in the city”.
